Has anybody tried resizing a 352x480 avi file to 352x240 avi using VirtualDub? If so, can you post the step by step process in doing so. Thanks!

It comes with a 'filter' for resizing. Select it and it will prompt you for the h/v size.

The proper filter to crop an avi to any size is the null transform filter.

But how come the new file is bigger than the original? I have tried to use all kinds of combinations of resizing and compression. Thanks
