For VCD's, I have always captured at a framerate of 29.997. Recently I tried capturing at 15 frames/sec to get my drops down. Surprisingly I didn't notice a drop in picture quality after firing it through TMPGEnc. It looks fine. Is this my imagination or does it not really matter? Thanks
