After a good amount of prompting from Rik, and with as many of your suggestions incorporated as possible please go and visit Macbeth's Manifesto

This is my site to get me elected to this new fangled fans liaison committee. If any of you don't like your names against you comments please let me know and I'll remove them. If any of you spot the obvious typos again please let me know. If you have any good suggestions then I'm more than happy to stick them in, I feel I'm aiming to represent you lot, so it's up to you !!!!

That one works, I'll look at it properly and in depth to the various sections later but the front page looks great.

great stuff, shame about the picture :-)

Link works okay now and I am very impressed with the look of the site.

I will have a look at the content in the next couple of days as I have a couple of days off work.

Having seen how manic his own site is, it is difficult to belive Rik is the 'brains' behind the design !!!

Excellent site, Macbeth!! Simple, to the point. Can I also elect you to take over the IC thing? ;-)

Actually I'd never seen your posting asking about the Travel club. I've only used them once so far(Villa replay). Excellent service.

Congrats to Rik as well. Nice work!

Oops, my request last week for info should have included one about travel, all comments welcome !!

MacB,

Have you considered including anything about the relevant Supporters Clubs that are dotted around the country, in terms of affiliation with the club etc.

-- Anonymous, February 20, 2001

The supporters club is an excellent idea. Do you know any contacts. I've e-mailed a guy in Bristol who was mentioned on nufc.com

I know there are others, including all those luverly London Mags

Phase two is to get the site seen and get some support for MacBeth from others. I sugest anyone with sites or with friends with sites or fanzine's to put a link to it.

MacBeth is representing us all so we need to do our utmost to see that he gets elected.

It's made the front page of the dailytoon.

-- Anonymous, February 21, 2001

Just had the chance to read te whole thing. It is rilliantly piut together mac......if I had a season ticket I would vote for you.

As Andy says, its on the front page of the Daily Toon, will also circulate the URL around the LondonMags and ask them to also check it out and give their support.

Well done mate

Nice job macbeth - you can count on my 2 votes.

-- Anonymous, February 23, 2001

Macb - sorry, I didn't really catch the early postings on this. Who is your site aimed at? ie who elects this committee?

-- Anonymous, February 23, 2001

Dan, at the end of the season all season ticket holders will be asked who they want on the 13 fan commitee. That's 44,000 votes . what hasn't been said though is how many people will stand. If you get thirty signatures them you can enter the election. I can see it beeing quite a big voting form.

-- Anonymous, February 23, 2001

That'll do nicely young Macbeth. I'll be campaiging for you.

-- Anonymous, February 23, 2001

or even campaigning . . . .

-- Anonymous, February 23, 2001

I have pitched it out through the Londonmags mailing list. It is sliding down the 'pecking order' on the DT site at the moment (due to the way the site is structured) but we will move it back up the front page toward the end of next week again.
