i have a home video of a vcd, but have no idea how to copy them? is there a special software i can use? or what? please help? thanks i do have a cd-copier ..thanks

If all you want do is copy one cd to another, practically every single CD-R burning program has a CD to CD copy option. I reccomend Disc Juggler 3. If you wanna create VCD's from scratch, use Nero, I- Author, EZ CD Creator Delux, or the ever popular VideoPak 4.0
