Volume is not a very accurate method of measure, so please bear this in mind. You have the fluctuation due to the nesting of the granules of any substance being measured. With liquids, the meniscus can vary enough to give you a dramatic difference in measure. Might not be an issue with most circumstances, but awareness is an ally. Weight is always more accurate for measurement. A small bakers scale can be obtained for 25-150$ U.S.

In the meantime, 3tsp = 1 TBSP, 2 TBSP = 1 oz. (approximate)
