well lenore is the authors love whom died before him and in the poem "the raven" he is asking the raven "where is my lenore"? not as in i want to find her but he wants to know is she is in heaven or as people say "happiness" because he loves her and he wants to make sure she is happy! and the raven saud "nevermore" meaning in our english terms of language: "i'm not gonna tell ya, da hell with you" and at the end he was kinda tortured! so i hope i answered ur question well cya marie-claude p.s. please write back at minis2@onchat.com
