I just wanted to know if Bread adds pounds? How many calories is in 1 slice of white bread and 1 slice of raisin bread?

There is a nutritional facts section on each loaf of our bread. We would like to refer you to the nutritional facts section to help answer the amount of calories are in white and raisin bread. Each loaf does vary.

Most breads are low in fat. Please check your individual loaf of bread for fat content.
