This is the main problem with NUFC, they keep getting it wrong and it's mainly down to too much secrecy. I also think that the internet site could host a player/ staff talk in EVERY NIGHT.

We must have 50 players (including youth players) and a couple of dozen key members of staff. If all of these people devoted four or five nights each year on which they answer questions posed by fans, I think it would be a great PR exercise.
