Is a fans committee really relevant to a multi million pound company?

Get the pitch sorted - somebody on here a while back worked for a firm that guaranteed one that drained well.

Other clubs manage it why can't we ?

If it means buying a new one twice a season then so be it. You can't expect football to be played on the current surface.

A small standing area behind each goal should be made. I know this is down to govenrment legislation, but if more clubs got behind the proposals legislation could be changed. As for future develpment of the ground, it isn't needed at present, but I think that scrapping the sportsbar in the centre of the SJH stand, and selling the tickets at milburn prices wouldn't be a bad idea. The actual sports bar could still remain, but open to members only . In other words you pay £400 for your seat and another £400 per season if you want to be a member of the sports bar, This could be available to anyone in the SJH stand, not those just sitting in the middle bit.

The same could go for the unsold seats on the outer wings of the Bar 1892 . Sell the seats for £600 per season with another £400 for membership into the Bar 1892. If the occupants don't want to e in the 1892 club then they could use the facilities under the corners of the SJH stand or Brown ale stand.
