Arsenal & Leeds

Thought I'd at least see a cuple of postings about last night's results. Good on both of them, now we may have 3 teams into the 1/4 finals, great for English football.

Was the only one though who couldn't quite find it within himself to cheer to loudly when Bowyer got the winner? What a talent; what a damned shame.

I swear I heard the away fans chanting "Will you take it up the arse" - but my Flemish isn't what it was...

F**k 'em both, and the Mancs tonight. There's only one English team, and that's NUFC...the rest just happen to play there.

The more other teams in the PL do well in the Chumps League, the more resources they receive and more attrtactive they appear to the best players. I can see very little good in cheering on any team except Newcastle United.

Sorry Nick but I'm with Bobby on this one. Couldn't care less about anyone else. Just gives them more money and "pulling power" - the w**kers.

Thanks BUFF. FROM ANOTHER THREAD By the way, having spent time amongst US aircrew during my Army flying days, I DID know what BUFF stood for, and thought it may have been a joke name. Oops...
