Hi! What is the diference between VCD 2.0 (PBC) and 3.0? Thanks for hgelp.Peter

VCD 3.0 has all the features of VCD 2.0 but it differs in that it supports html hyperlinks, and animated menus. If I can recall correctly, the only program that can make VCD 3.0 discs is I-Author Delux
