Hello everyone, I'm working on a thesis, and have decided on the topic. The history of bread and breads of the world. If anyone can help me by reccomending books websites, recipies or even (and I really need help with this one) give me a variety of aboout 9 - 15 types of bread that I can order of make for my presentation and taste testing purposes, I would be very pleased.
