60-lb main coon???

I have a male main coon who weighs about 18 lb. I just love that breed. They are so gorgeous. Someone told me the other day that there is a new sub-breed of main coons where the cats grow to about 60 pounds. I can't believe that that is true. Have you ever heard of something like that or about another domesticated cat that is that big?
