Widening the Back!

I do back work out 2-3 times per week with the cable lats pull down, cable row and barbell row and dumbell rows.

Haven't been ablt to achieve the V-back.

One of my friends said tat back work-out once a week is enough and that I need to lower the poundage in order to get the 'squeeze'.

So anyone knows how many times a week is best? and wat exercises are gd to build a V back? Thankz!

hay big guy try not to work out a body part more then 2 times a week. alway remember that free weights are the best.
