Is there a simple way of inserting the autorun feature onto a VCD. This woudl probably involve a software program so if anyone knows of any that do this well, please drop a line. Thanks

Hi Derek,

Take a loot at my home page. www.pcphotovideo.com Click on the menu option and then . Or you can just jump directly to http://www.pcphotovideo.com/burning1.htm

There are two examples of how to make a VCD "auto play" and "auto-run" in the windows PC environment. This should work with any PC that has version 6.4 or better of Windows Media player. (which just about everyone has) You don't need to add any "program" to the disc. With the "auto-run" version you just stick it in the Windows CD ROM drive (if it's got auto-start enabled) and it should start up Windows Media Player and even give you the ability to use the media players' keypad interface to move between multiple play items forward and backward. Or play all the selections automatically one after the other. It's an "experiment" a couple of guys and I have been playing with.

A follow up .. There's a couple items missing in my previous post. It should say "click on the menu option VCD and then BURNING THE DISC. The "VCD" and "BURNING THE DISC" were in brackets and I guess this input screen deleted them after I posted it.
