Why does my bread colapse sometimes?

I have a new bread machine, (Regal, Kitchen Pro) Some times my loaf colapses while baking. Other times it comes out beautifully. Some times I use a mix and some times I use my own ingredients. Thank you for your help. Lallie LallieOK@aol.com

I use only fresh ingredients and sometimes I forget to put the 1T of margarine in. This has made my bread come out about 1/2 the size it would normally. The bread is still edible but is a bit heavy. Hope this helps.
