ei and development times for agfapan 100

I am trying agfapan 100, and have done some exposure and development time testing and want to compare results with others. After a couple rolls of agfapan 100, 120 size, I have come up with an ei of 80, developed in Rodinal 1:50, 16 minutes at 70 degrees. Agitated for one minute, then 5 seconds every thiry seconds. Does this sound reasonable? I will shoot a roll or two next week in real world conditions and see how it works. Another question I have is how does agfa pan respond to plus and minus developement? I was going to start with a 20% increase/ decrease in development as a starting point. Is this reasonble? Thanks in advance.

I use APX100 at 100 asa developed in rodinal 1+60 for 15 minutes at 20°C. This gives very good results with my condenser enlarger (focomat 1c). This can be compared to 12,5 minutes in Rodinal 1+50. APX100 (35mm) in rodinal 1+60, 15 minutes gave a zone V density of 0,61

I usually shoot it at EI 50 and develop in Rodinal (1:50) for 8 minutes at 68 degrees (7.5 minutes at 70 degrees), for printing with a cold light head. I agitate for 10 seconds once per minute.
