There are a number of possibilities. May I know what is the error message shown when you play it with Xing player? Try this steps and tell me what happen. 1. Launch Windows Media Player. 2. Click File -> Open. 3. Click Browse. 4. Select your CD-ROM drive from the Open dialog box. 5. You'll notice several folders. Select the "mpegav" subdirectory. 6. Set "File Type" to "All Files" 7. Double click on files with extension *.dat in the "mpegav" subdirectory

Using Xing player. 1. Launch Xing player. 2. Choose File, Open, Browse to locate the "mpegav" subdirectory. 3. Double click on the file with extension *.dat in the directory.

Let me know if these steps works and error messages if any.
