URGENT - RE: Charlton Game!!

I might be slow in realising this but It's just occurred to me that the next planned tube strike kicks off at 5.30pm THIS SUNDAY!! at which point all the travelling NUFC fans will still be inside the ground watching the match......the majority of them are gonna want to get across london to kings cross to make their trains home....

It could be chaos when people get to London Bridge etc just to find there are no tubes....

Anyone who knows people going might just wanna let them know.....

As an afterthought, it might be ok cos the tube isn't likely to stop dead at 5.30....friends at work said they managed to get tubes at 7.30 last sunday night, London Underground estimated that around 40% were still working at that point.....

Nope it hasn't been called off....the unions are making noises about hoping to resolve it at the next round of ACAS talks on thursday evening but as far as I can tell it's still definitely on....

Planned future tube strikes were officially called off 3pm Thursday.

Gav.....The strike is defo OFF, as Benton say's.....they suspended all future action as at about 3.00pm this afternoon (Thursday)....Good call though, South East London is a bad enough place to get out of at the best of time but with transport strikes it would have been almost impossible.
