Problem is, we have to keep that big drip Marcelino in the shop window unless he's gonna become another, erm, Des Hamilton. This affects the young lads' chances a bit.

Well the Spanish and French transfer windows are shut now so there's no point in putting him in the window.

Griffin-Hughes-Caldwell-Quinn

Let's see what they can do. Buy them a big house and make them live together so they know each other so well they will have a telepathic understanding.

They can stay in at nights and watch videos of Arsenal defending. Do all this between now and the start of next season and we may be onto something. CAn they really be any worse than what is currently on offer!?

LOL.m Presumably you mean Arsenal in their pomp defending, not the Arsenal who were lucky not to be 3 down after fuve minutes at QPR last weekend?

Doug
Are you questioning the judgement of our scouting staff ? Shame on you. :-))

Exactly Dougal!

What is Steve Bould doing nowadays? He could effectively act as a warden! Right lads defensive training in the floodlit garden then bed by ten!!

Don't we miss Stu Pearce in the reserve games? ;-}

We miss Stu pearce in the 1st team games, never mind the reserves!

Griffin must come in at RB - Caldwell I'm not so sure about just yet. I'd prefer to see goma playing with Caldwell on the bench and getting in some sub appearances to gradually build his knowledge and confidence.

I agree with the sentiments Tre.

However Marcellino is the best CB we have at the club.
