Please any one can help me, to tell me that How I can make the VCD wiht various menu level format. I have P-III 600, 50Gb Hdd., HP8200 writer, 128Mb Ram, 16bit AGP card. Please also tell me is any other thing is required or not.

The best thing for you now is to get hold of I-Author, or VideoPack, or WinOnCD to create VCDs with menus. But first an equally good thing is for you to turn this whole forum inside out and digest as much info as you need to turn you into a near-VCD ver 2.0 pro. After some time of course :P

Make VCD with TMPGEnc and then take it to DVD Moviefactoryor DVD Workshop. Those are the good program but not for free, you can try a trial version.

Try VCD Easy, I-author, VCD wizzard, or Tscv those are the free utilitys to use.
