Human powered boats of some type built entirely of recycled beverage containers. No paddles, or paddle wheels, must eventually transport all team members across a lake, one at a time or all at once.

One that I saw elswhere on this board that I liked a lot was shooting and catching eggs.

I can think of several ways to accomplish any of these and they should all be interesting.
