I was wrong, you did get more than 62,000 for today's game.

What about double or quits, your crowd in the fifth round against ours :0)

9,000 of Arry`s Ammers inc , nice quiet observation in the commentary, when crowd was discussed, words to the effect that it must have been chaos trying to get from the Smoke to O/T for the majority of the crowd, ouch !!!

You're an honourable man, MacB.

Amazing how the commentators kept going on about the magnificent West Ham support. Must be to do with all the busses travelling up from Lahndaan.

Screach...let me tell you about those magnificent West Ham fans. On New Years day they didn't bother turning up.....about 1500. At our away game with them they didn't bother doing ANYTHING untill the EQUALISED. Truely magnificent.

Aye, that's as may be LR, but I bet they were a bit noisier yesterday! At least you can concentrate on the league and the CL now ;-)

LR,

You just concentrate on concentrating on beating the Mackems in your next game.

The referee at the Man U game yesterday deserves an award , for not being intimidated by Man United. Every set of fans around the country should give him a standing ovation next time he visits their ground.

Mr Durkin, we love ya!

LR owes me: I told him they'd get turned over. I wish I was a betting woamn - West Ham were 10-1 and I knew they'dw in. LR, by the way, we woudl sella London fixture out five times over, hence the extradordinary crowds we got at Selhurst Park over the years.

-- Anonymous, January 29, 2001

EVERYONE gets those crowds at Selhurst Park Douggie. We take 10,000+ for league games :-)

ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. Couldn't we open up one of the old expired threads for this one and save some space for an argument to which there is one conclusive answer to?

Been relegated to the first division now, LR? I was talking about league games. In the past.

-- Anonymous, January 29, 2001
