Where can I get a Bios update

Cliff, your going to have to give me more information than that. ie. what is your motherboard(both manufaturer and model), and who is the bios vendor(it should tell you this on your boot up screen).

Incidentaly Cliff, some motherboard manufacturers whilst providing bios flash updates will also invalidate your warranty should you actualy use them. A good place to look for more information is Motherboards.org
