have a submarine race, or have them attach a fake bomb on a boat, the first one to get there and do it wins. Can be a human powered sub. Would this be too difficult? How in the heck could they possibly do it in a junk yard, probably need to find some type of big gas tank or two, make a hatch, a propeller and figure out some sort of blance think. person inside would have to carry air tank with him for safety and a safety line attached just incase something went wrong.
