for some of the ideas that might require more advanced components aquisition....what about the possibility of storing previous challenge vehicles, and then using part of these pre-bodged machines as part of the overall goal to acheive the desired machine that was assigned to the present teams!.this might allow the more complex machines to be built within the 10 hr time frame!...just a thought!!

Somebody posted one time that the old machines are torn apart and thrown back into the junkyard so the parts can be used by another team.
