Nutrition help : LUSENET : Bodybuilding : One Thread

I am lifting weights to gain as much lean muscle mass as possible but I have a high body fat content and I am wondering if it is possible to gain muscle mass while dieting and if so what is the minimum amount of calories needed for a 6'2" 250 lb male to loose fat while piling on as much muscle as possible? How realistic is if for me to get pretty big muscles at this stage in my life (I am 31) without the use of performance enhancing drugs? Finally, if anybody is interested in helping me with my workout routine I would be greatful. I will gladly send a copy of my routine for anyone with the inclination to
