Well, my favorite programs are run of the mill mainstream things like Garrison Keillor, but my son is the producer, and currently the sidekick of a morning show on Sacramento radio and while their show doesn't do Internet broadcasts, they do have a web cam and *occasionally* you can see him (tho rarely, since he usually is the one to set the angle of the camera): http://www.arrow937.com/

My favorite radio show is (was) The Jean Shepherd show, which used to run on WOR here in NY for 45 minutes a night (I think it was once longer, but when I listened it was 45 minutes. Just 45 minutes of a guy talking. Telling stories, launching tirades, commenting on anything and everything. He always seemed to be all over the map, and then at the last minute he would tie everything together. It was incredible, like listening to a masterful jazz solo.

I think there are some shows on the Internet somewhere, but Shep himself passed away recently, so it's just whatever recordings people happen to have.
