The Gali is a strange monster type, one that can be very hard to raise or easy, depending on funds, preferance, etc. It is best to often send one to training, as it has a huge amount of skills to learn. It is best trained in INT, as most of its moves are intellegence-based, and skill because its moves have a low hit %. It also may not be a bad idea to train it in life or speed.
