George Walker Bush becomes
43rd President of the United States

At 12:01 p.m., George Walker Bush was sworn in as the 43rd President of the United States.  In his first inaugural address, President Bush promised to "advance my convictions with civility" and he called for individuals to be responsible. The inauguration ceremony was  held outdoors despite rainy,  cold weather.

If someone handed you a phone, and at the other end of the line was President George Walker Bush.

You only have 1 minute to state your case!!!

What would you like to say to President Bush???

Here is your chance...speak your piece (peace)!!!!!!!

Mr. President, never in my life have I seen a level of prayer and fasting over an election as I have yours. People around the world waged war in the Spirit over this because we felt powerfully led. I've also heard numerous prophesies spoken over you. They said that though you're not perfect, you are a Christian. The pressures of your office will drive you toward God. You'll host mighty prophets in the White House. One prophet also had a vision of your wife on her knees in a White House room speaking in tongues.

Beyond that we know that satanic forces are livid over your election, and some will seek to kill you. We're praying for your protection. Also, we've been asked to pray for your wisdom especially in who you surround yourself with. Finally, it's been spoken over your administration that the first 100 days will be your most important and fruitful. Begin by calling in the warriors to go from stem to stern of the White House and Camp David annointing every room and casting out the myriad demons that surely have taken up residence. Fear not David! There's an army of angels behind you, and they are more numerous and powerful than your foes!

I would simply ask the President: "Sir, will you support my efforts to establish a commemorative US stamp for the AME founder Richard Allen?" QED

Praise God from whom all blessing flow. I thank God for you and your ministry. I and my congregation will be praying for you and your family. Do not be detracted by the words and/or actions of former President Clinton but continue to stay the course as you have in the past. As soon as possible, sign a bill banning Partial Birth Abortion. Reach out to black folk with a hand, not a handout. You have it right on affirmative ACCESS rather than affirmative ACTION. God Bless You and God Bless America Pastor Paris

First of all, my prayers are with you. I hope that you will stay strong because the mighty Satan is very busy. Almighty God is on your side and He will keep and guide you through the next 4 or 8 years. I know that many of the African-American race are quite upset at your becoming our national and world leader. Many blacks in congress have shown their anger during the electoral college count. Regardless of these and other issues I am praying that you will not see these issues negatively nor in anger, but that you will realize we don't want to lose what we have fought for since 1609(?)and that our stuggles will have not been in vain. Please make an effort to continually meet with the black leaders throughout your presidency so that we will continue to make economic, social, and political advancements. I truly believe you are a Christian and will allow the Holy Spirit to work in you. We see you, not only as a fellow American, or Christian, but also as a fellow Methodist....we have more in common than what people think. May God richly bless your vocation as president, your family, and Our Country--God Bless the United States of America!!!!

Jesus wept over Jerusalem. Did he also weep over Washington? Was the blackened sky and rain, which covered most of the nation at high noon, and indication that God is displeased that the wishes of one half this nation shall never be known. Is God displeased that the events of this day seemingly took precedence over government of the people, for the people and by the people? Jesus said, "A kingdom divided against itself shall fall." God save America, as only God is able to do. I pray for the success of my president and my nation that this one nation under shall not perish from the earth.

Mr. President do not get to comfortable. Remember that you may have won the prize but We won the War. Leave social issue to the people, let monetary policy lead fiscal policy and get on the wagon for America's engagement and involvement around the world.

Mr. President,

I am appalled, ashamed and utterly disgusted with the outcome of this election. The disenfranchisement of the voters, especially those in Florida, leaves a dark spot in history. You deceptively win an election, making Chicago tactics look saintly. What is done in the dark, will truly manifest into light. Mr. Bush, I do not trust nor believe in your leadership capabilities. May Mother/Father God have mercy upon you, your family and this nation.

I encourage the President to live by the words of the Apostle Paul "But I say walk by the Spirit and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh, for the flesh sets its desire against the Spirit; and the Spirit against the flesh. For these are in opposition to one another so that you may do the things that you please." Gal 5:16-17 Sincerely,

JazzMan
