Mid-Arse football

DOMI SIGNS FOR PSG Didier Domi has got his wish and has signed for PSG for £4m. Domi returned to France in December and has refused to return to Newcastle since, he always wanted to return to his former and surely UEFA should look into this as there seems a be case of the 22 year old being tapped up. The cash goes straight into Bobby Robson's transfer kitty. £1.5m will be handed to Sheffield United for Domi's 'replacement' Wayne Quinn.

Planet Football

DIDIER DOMI has completed his £4 million move to French side Paris Saint Germain, bringing to an end the on-going battle with Newcastle United that began when he refused to play for the Premiership club. The saga surrounding Domi's move to PSG began last month, when the defender announced that he was keen to return to the French capital, which prompted Newcastle to allow him a leave of absence. However, after flying out to France, the 22-year-old then refused to return to England, despite several trips to Paris by Newcastle chairman Freddy Shepherd to try and persuade the defender to come back. This caused Newcastle to announce that they would halt Domi's wages if he failed to return to the club, but with the player saying that a fan hate-campaign had driven him away it seemed that hope of him ever donning the black and white of the Toon Army again were fading fast. And now the saga has been concluded with the player returning to the club that he joined The Magpies from, for the same fee in 1998, after making 70 appearances for the English side.

The tossers at Football365.com are running a poll asking should Bobby Robson make a grovelling apology to Football365 for rubbishing their story.

We can't let them get away with this one and I would ask that anyone with the right know-how sorts this poll ouy. It is currently saying 81% are in agreement with Football365.

Somehow I think this vote may be rigged by them as they wouldn't dare lose this one.

I've just put a few on and unless loads of other people are voting for Bobby at the same time, a small number of votes will turn it in our favour.

We can't let them win this one!

£2m for a quality striker? that'll be the brilliant young player with bags of goals that no ther club has thought of buying then is it?

Un petit merde. I don't want to be xenophobic ('cos I'm not sure I can spell it), but apart from Daveed in his prime, have we had any significant benefit from our neighbours on the other side of La Manche? Domi, Charvet, Goma, L'Apostrophe. The only other I can think of is the untried St. Bernard.

I thjnk Goma has been a credit, especially this season but as for Domi -

Bugger off and don't come back

better still, why don't we e-mail the head of marketing at 365 informing him that this is just another example of fans being treated with contempt and therefore we'll do the same by not visiting the site?

his names Andy and he's at:

headofmarketing@365.co.uk

The only problem with complaining to 365 is that they were kind of right with their story. Domi had basically said what they said, he'd said.

regardless rik, Mr Robson deserves better from the likes of them [scum]. I'll let you know what response i get [if any]
