Have teams build mobile construction cranes. The challenge would be for the cranes to be able to pick up, say, cinder blocks and move them into a neat pile. The crane itself and the pick-up scoop can be mechanical or human-powered, and should be able to clamp upon and hold the objects for as long as it takes to drive the machine from the source-pile to the build-pile.
