I have it on good authority that after Ashcroft is confirmed he will reek vengeance on his tormentors. He will have full control of the FBI to carry out surveillance and assination of his political enemies.

Do not underestimate this evil man. He considers himself to be on a Holy mission. In his mind, God wants all opposition to be terminated with extreme prejudice. Expect legions of "disappeareds"; expect koncentration kampen; expect schtick und drang. Oh the humanity!
