need some advice on certain areas...greenspun.com : LUSENET : Bodybuilding : One Thread
Ok, first off, I'm a beginer, I've got good sized legs so I'm not really worried about them as much as the rest of my body. My arms are way smaller than they should be, especaly my forarms, and my lats are pretty weak too. What I need to know is, what are the best ways to get those two areas to catch up with the rest of my body?
