Clarke`s agent, Ian Elliott: "Of course Matt would be interested in a move to Newcastle. It's a big club and it would not frighten him if he had to compete for a place with Steve Harper. Bradford are trying to sell Matt because they won't give him the money he wants, even though he is one of the lowest paid players at the club. He is upset because the official line at City is that he lost his place due to a loss of form, when that wasn't the case at all."

Didier Domi Domi's agent, Ranko Stojic: "We are in talks with the clubs every day and Paris have agreed to all the conditions set by Newcastle. But Paris are waiting to sell some players before they can do the deal."
