It was discovered when he had his last physical before leaving office. It was reported that he has a spot on his foreskin and would be treated for it on an outpatient basis. Just checked a news source and they said it is a small lesion which was biopsied and the results will be released next week. Colesterol was at 233 which he blamed on lack of exercise and eating too many Christmas goodies.
