Dyer On his way out??

MiDAS sources understand that Sir Alex Ferguson is keen to take Newcastle and England midfielder Kieron Dyer to Old Trafford.

Dyer is on his way out of St James' Park and has constantly been linked with a big money move to Leeds United. In fact Leeds offered £9m plus Ian Harte and Darren Huckerby, before the latter joined Manchester City, earlier in the season.

The addition of Dyer to an already considered 'best midfield in the world' would be a major coup for Fergie and would be another nail in the coffin for every other team in the Premiership.

They wouldn't pay the money we wanted for him. Once they've bought Van Nistelrooy for £19 mill, can you really see the plc splashing out the £15 we'd want for Dyer?

Why do these sites persist in tormenting us with all kinds of speculations concerning our players? Its a never ending story of player after player either leaving or some other club wanting our top guys.

IS THERE A SIGN OUTSIDE SJP THAT SAYS : FOOLS LIVE HERE. TORTURE US WITH ALL YOU GOT, WE ARE SO STUPID WE MIGHT BELIEVE YOU.

I'm really sick and tired of the so called football news sites using us for their amusement.

"So what shall we write today?" the editor asks.

So called NUFC news correspondent thinks for a moment and suddenly snaps his fingers.

"Lets do Dyer going to Newton Heath to form the future England midfield with Beckham and Scholes. We can says its Sir Alex Ferguson's last great act before he retires.

Editor chew his pen before asking, "You think they will buy it?"

"Who cares. Even if nobody does, those passionate fans of theirs will go crazy at the thought."

I'm sleepy. I'm going to sleep and dream of us stealing Van Nisterooy from NH.

*yawn* £30mils to NH and not a penny less. And Dyer should hold out for £100k a week. Hey if it's good enough to offer to 'the greatest midfielder in the world(tm)' aka Greasy Spice......

Was wondering which midfielder the headline boards meant today. Just haven't gotten round to buying the Ronnie yet to find out. Slow news week in Toon, I guess ;-)
