ex has just announced taken vol redundancy got new partner & took kids. leaving me with mortgage I can't afford to pay. (It was primarily taken on her income) House already up forsale but still recovering negative equity

We are upto date now, but have had arrears capitalised in past. What can I do? Mortgage is with Woolwich
