I used to think Junkyard Wars was the most awesome show. Not only for it's creativity and excitement but for the humor made possible by the British Hosts. I thought they were hilarious together. I loved all the British vocabulary that flew around. Especially "bodging" and "sticky-tape". I loved the way they would poke fun at Americans whenever they could. Robert was funny without that air of extreme effort which George carries around. I find George to try so hard to be funny that I'm just sick of him. The only reason I still watch the show is that I hope Cathy will keep some of the old charm of the show going.

The teams, the science, and the competetition are the cake that make the show what it is. The hosts are icing, not the cake.

I'm an 11 year old boy who loved to watch the show with my dad but now the American guy makes the show really bad. I find him rather annoying. Perhaps we should bind him in "Sticky Tape". Bring back Robert! Bring back the old Junkyard and stop ruining my childhood.

hi i am 12 and i loved junkyard wars,i watched demolition and i was hooked!!!but when i watched atv's and boats it changed my mind. george is an american and not as funny as robert and cathy. i mean cathy doesn't use "sticky tape" or "transit" i mean that is crap i only watched 2 episodes and i am tired of george PLEASE BRING BACK ROBERT SO I CAN ENJOY THE TEAMS "BODGING" TOGETHER THINGS BRING BACK ROBERT!!! We agree! Off with his head! Robert makes us laugh and seems pretty down to earth. Cathy's cool too. George, however, comes off so obnoxiously and loudly American, it makes us embarrassed. He also is pretty ignorant, so his questions are usually basic, repetitive, or plain stupid and just end up as platforms for more of his schtick. Or is this a very deliberate attempt to cater to the general American's lack of education? (It's annoying to the viewer, whichever it is, and we've stopped watching his shows altogether.) Also, doesn't George's writeup say he was a comedian or something? Which would explain his LOOKATMEMEMEME, I'm-SO-over-the-top personality. PLEASE GET RID OF HIM!

Stop dissing poor George. It's not his fault the show went American. Obviously some big-wig somewhere didn't like Robert. I doubt Geo said "Hey you guys, ditch the Robert guy and hire me. I'm way sexier" (which he is.) Trinity

How about a swap of hosts. I think we ought to nick George off from you guys and you can keep any UK host you like. I think he is an excellent host that adds alot of humour to the show. If he didn't, why do the contestants laugh so much when ever he has something to say????
