I'm going so it's a 1-0 defeat....

Jeff Winter the referee. A game we should win. Yep - we'll lose.

Me me me me me (that's only one of me mind). I'll be there, as usual, singing me heart oot fer the lads, trying to wake the dead man next to me.First double of the season.

Yes the one LR recommended. Well it was different :O)
-- Anonymous, January 12, 2001
There'll be folks there from about 1.15 onwards. I might be a little delayed as the Metro problems to and from the coast are set to continue into next week.

The John Hartons deal has apparently fallen through due to the reluctance of another player to be involved in a part-exchange deal.No Hartson, Huckerby, or either of the Moroccan pair. They're bound to beat us now!
-- Anonymous, January 12, 2001
Thanks to Nobby's goal last Sunday, I've still got my 100% record at SJP and I'm not about to see it destroyed tomorrow. Then again...Cr@p team we should beat without trying, Jeff Winter as the ref....hmmmm :-o

I'll be there as usual - beside the drain-pipe at the back of the East Stand (halfway line - giz a wave).
My daughter has decided to come, so I very much doubt I'll be joining The Strawbs afer all.

Apparently it's Cerdic Rousell who is the player going to Wimbledon as part of the Hartson to Coventry deal. I always thought that Rousell looked a decent big striker and would be a better option than Marcus Gayle as a back up for Shearer or Cort, should we decide to dip into the market again.

Can't agree DB - IMO Gayle is a much better all round player than Roussell.
