I think it would be interesting to challenge teams to build a 'warship' capable of firing salvos of vegies at a target, landing troops... I can imagine floating air cannons or catapults flinging squash through the air, as the raft plods along at 2 knots, or better yet slowly sinks or capsizes during the salvo!?

Aside from thie idea.. I like the snow & ice theme.. Junkyard Wars could spell out the challenge as an arctic explorer that is capable of handling ice, snow, rock, bare ground.... none of this fluffy stuff from perfect climate..
