I am just finishing my Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology. My question is which master study will give me an advantage on the market and can it be done in a short period (1 year), who is offering this?

The MBA is the most recognized business qualification in the market but it also depends on what you want to do. MBA's are the ticket if you want to join a Big Five consulting house. It also depends on what you want to learn and what you like learning. An MSc obviously is going to provide a different skill set than an MBA will especially if you have decided that you want to pursue a distinct area of information technology. I've included some information regarding MBA programs and an education resource for you to find further information.

Florida (They have a 1 year MBA program) http://www.floridamba.ufl.edu/prosp_stu/overview.asp

London - Greenwich School of Management MBA http://www.mba-london.co.uk/1yearmba.html

Also take a look at this article from Fast Company: http://www.fastcompany.com/online/01/download.html

You can also have a look at the Petersons resource for other information of interest to you: http://www.petersons.com/

PS I could not find any 1 year MBA programs in the Netherlands.
