Minox GT - instructions and batteriesgreenspun.com : LUSENET : MINOX FAQ : One Thread |
I'm sure this has come up before, so apologies in advance.I have just bought a Minox GT and need a battery and a set of instructions. I would appreciate any suggestions for sources, preferably in England (or online).
Thanks,
Nick

I was recently scratching my head over an old GT that came without the battery compartment cover, and a kind poster responded to my query on the Camera Equipment forum and pointed me to the Minoxlab website, which was also mentioned in Martin's post above. I checked the website and found what I needed here: http://www.minoxlab.c om/cgi-local/shop.pl/page=batterie.htm/SID=74833242450 (look under "35mm Battery"). The parts and replacement batteries arrived a forenight after I made the online purchase, and now my GT is alive and kicking again.

For the Minox 35 GL stack 4 each 1.4 Volt cells W675ZA-12, wrap them in some tape. This is cheap, is accurate and works perfectly.
