Hello CJ; John Hurst Adams is the Prsiding Prelate of the Episcopal District where I live [11th]. I am embarrassed to respond because I live in FL yet don't know his exact address in Jacksonville, FL. Perhaps Rev. Fisher, Jerryl Payne, or Minister Stembridge can read your request and offer you the information you need. I apologize for being utterly useless but this teaches me an important lesson to at least know the address of the Bishop of your own District. QED
