Need 2 analyze Poe and How he Hides the Meanings in Symbolism for 4 stories: Black Cat, Fall of House of Usher, Lionizing, and Masque of Red Death!!

Please help! I am supposed to write a preface to a book of Poe's stories and in it I am supposed to analyze some aspect's of Poe's writing based on a theory I created about Poe. Come on! This is 8th grade! Yeesh! Well anyway, I chose to analyze this:

- Poe's stories are more than they appear at first. - They are actually usually important lessons or views on societ. - Many of his thoughts are hidden in symbolism. - These symbols and thoughts often mean different things to different people.* Here's my mission~ to write a book preface, that uses different parts of different stories using many examples of symbolism in stories. I can take care of the different meanings part, but if you have picked up some symbols in some of the following stories, I would greatly appreciate it!!

Try to find symbols in: - The Black Cat - The Masque of the Red Death - The Fall of the House of Usher - Lionizing*

*These are not as important to find...I am not focusing on thise story and this aspect as much as the others!!

OMG Thanx Soooo Much!! ~Megan Pray~
