Ok, is it my computer? my program? or something to do with preferences i need to do....on adobe premiere 6.0 everytime i check a preview that im making,it takes like 30min. to produce for 30 seconds of frames on a still images....need help anyone?

try downloading the upgrade to 6.01 from the adobe website
