i did not really pay attention/notice this till last night and i freaked out as i thought i had a new virus of somekind.

Here is what happend i went to "my computer" and i noticed a new cdrom drive labeld "f" in addtion to my biurner and dvd rom. Of course iwent a little nuts. I then rembered that when i played with cdrwin not too long ago. I put in a cd in my burner and it said failed to regonize. So i wnet in cdrwin and noticed a new cd rom listing "cedequadrat cd rom". I was like what the hell is this?. I then recalled when installing win on 3.8 that it added itas own scuzzy aoftware despite that iu already had the adptec software. I wenbt into my control panel and into device manager and sure enough winon made a fake cd room drive emul;ator on my PC. I deleted it on this and it still was there so i got rid of winon3.8(still have it but uninstalled it) and the mysteriius drive went away as well.

I figured in the end winon3.8 doenst do that much more for me then winon 3.7 PE. ANd since 3.7 caused no wackyness on my PC i will stick with that. my main reason for 3.8 was that it allowed me to make as many albums as i wanted for a photo vcd as well as add music and cool backgrounds. But since my dvd player wil only see the 9 albums anyway. Im not going to bother withy 3.8 Just figured i would let you know, so if you see the samething on your PC you will now why it's there---

hi Doug, when installing WinON cd 3.8 uncheck the "CD-ROM Emulator" in the custom setup options
