I encoded a VCD with two 6-minute MPEG-1 files onto my Verbatim CD-RW. When the DVD player gets to the end of the first track, it repeats the last few seconds of it several times before moving on to the next track. Do you know why this happens?

Encoded MPEG-1 using TMPGenc 12a with these settings: Video-CD NTSC (MPEG-1 352x240 29.97fps CBR 2520kbps, Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps)

Burned files to CD-RW using WinOnCD 3.7 pe.
