See the Entertainer section of the Ronnie Gill - this week reviews King Neptune. Personal favourite is Treasure of the Orient but don't get there very often these days.

Bill - went to one for Christmas dinner! (well, I am Jewish, what do you expect - turkey & trimmings?) I think it was the Kowloon(?), pretty good, apparantly v good on 'normal' days. Is it the Kowloon? My bliddy memory - anyway, if you've got the car park side on your left, it's near the end on the left. King Neptune used to be good, not been for years.

Go for the 'eat all you can for £6', there are several to pick from. You say "the buffet and a pint of lager please" to the staff then make four return trips to the counter. Fantastic!
Rice, Seaweed, Noodles, Chicken, Pork, etc, etc...

Charlies is the best buffet.

Thanks again, lads and lasses. Agree about Charlie's - apart from the worry two or three months ago when they were done by the Public Health people for a salmo poisoning 'incident' or something.
