MIG and proof again

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Repossession : One Thread

Hi all

I have found, to my delight, a stack of papers relating to my property purchase in 1989. However as suggested by Eversheds, there is no entry for MIG on the completion statement, only one for "additional payment required for 100% advance" of around £400. This was explained at purchase date as an insurance should the property be repossessed and there was a shortfall. I have yet to see the solicitor involved at the time, this is happening soon.

On a better note I havefound the origional advertising details, so when (its gone silent for 2 months) I get the marketing details in full I have got something more to compare.

Thanks for all your help, andgood luck to you all.

Rob
